Welcome to the world of improv!
Have fun while you discover the world of improv. You already own all the skills to do it and you don’t need any prior theater knowledge. In this level we show you how to improvise and we introduce you to the world of improv. It’s a world that you can be whatever you want for as long as you want without knowing what’s going to happen. And that’s OK!
At level 1 of HIT’s curriculum, through improv, you learn to act spontaneously, to take risks and to support ideas. At our weekly classes, we use the games and exercises in combination with your imagination and we unlock your creativity and humor that you already own.
But… Are you sure this class is for me?
YES! Level 1 is designed for everyone that wants to lean how to improvise.
That includes (but is not limited to):
- People that have no experience with improv. You don’t need to have any prior experience with improv, theater, stage or even having passed by a theater.
- Actors or performers that want to train some skills and obtain new tools.
- People that want to try something new.
- People that want to improve some aspects of their daily life.
- People that get easily anxious
Level 1 is completed in six weeks.
Classes are taking part once per week for 3 hours each time (Total 18 hours).
Max group size: 14 people.
